INSURANCE AND FEES:
Dr. Shadianloo is not participating on any insurance plan at this facility. Please call to discuss fee for treatment. If your insurance has Out of Network coverage, you may be able to be reimbursed based on your plan. Please check with your insurance provider for confirmation of details.
FIRST APPOINTMENT:
The first appoint typically is a consultation appointment in which you will be discussing the reason you are coming to the appointment and will form an agreed plan for further treatment. Consultation may be extended to another session in case it is needed.

WHAT TO BRING TO FIRST APPOINTMENT AND WHO TO COME:
Children need to come with their parent or guardian, ideally both parents. As an adult you may decide to come with someone if you think it is helpful to have them in the first session or part of it. Please bring any relevant documents, such as past assessments, school reports or neuropsych evaluations.
FOLLOW UP SESSIONS:
You and doctor will agree on the timing and frequency of your treatment sessions by the end of consultation.
